#### Ingredients:
- **Cauliflower Bites:**
  - 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  - 1 cup water
  - 1 tsp garlic powder
  - 1 tsp paprika
  - Salt and pepper to taste
  - 1 cup breadcrumbs
- **Buffalo Sauce:**
  - 1/4 cup Hott Brands Hott Sauce
  - 2 tbsp melted butter
  - 1 tbsp honey
  - 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- **Dipping Sauce:**
  - 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
#### Instructions:
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
   - Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. **Prepare the Cauliflower:**
   - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
   - Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shaking off any excess, then coat with breadcrumbs.
   - Arrange the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet.
3. **Bake the Cauliflower:**
   - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
4. **Make the Buffalo Sauce:**
   - In a small saucepan, combine the Hott Brands Hott Sauce, melted butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
5. **Coat the Cauliflower:**
   - Remove the baked cauliflower from the oven and place them in a large bowl.
   - Pour the Buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
6. **Serve:**
