#### Ingredients:
- **Chicken Marinade:**
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- **Sandwich:**
- 4 sandwich rolls or burger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- **Hott Sauce Mayo:**
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Hott Brands Hott Sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
#### Instructions:
1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Hott Brands Hott Sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for best results.
2. **Grill the Chicken:**
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
3. **Prepare the Hott Sauce Mayo:**

4. **Assemble the Sandwiches:**
